Requirements:
- Technical degree or completed Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, N1/N1.5 technical support.
- Experience with operating systems: Linux, Windows, OS/400, and IBM iSeries .
- Basic knowledge of Legacy Platforms: AS/400, IBM iSeries, IBM , as well as Cloud platforms (AWS) .
- Experience in end-to-end incident ticket management .
- Intermediate to Advanced English (conversational level).
- Permanent contract from day one.
- 100% coverage of EPS and Oncology Insurance.
