ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to improve how Salesforce supports sales and marketing operations for a targeted account-based marketing initiative. The role combines hands-on configuration with solution design, data quality, automation, reporting, and lifecycle visibility. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, Campaigns, and CRM data models, with a focus on reliable processes and clear documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Configure and enhance Salesforce across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Campaigns.

- Configure campaign structures, Campaign Member statuses, and source and attribution fields.

- Support Lead conversion and Opportunity creation processes.

- Configure Lead statuses, assignment and routing rules, response-SLA tracking, alerts, and outreach suppression rules.

- Build and maintain Salesforce Flow automations.

- Support data imports, matching, deduplication, account hierarchies, and required fields.

- Create operational and executive reports and dashboards.

- Support reporting around account readiness, contact coverage, outreach, engagement, qualified meetings, conversion, stage aging, pipeline, agreements, wins, activation, and expansion.

- Configure reporting by tier, dealer group or rooftop, Direct or Agent, and net-new or expansion.

- Create exception reports for missing or inconsistent data.

- Configure fields, statuses, checklists, and automations to support post-sale and expansion tracking.

- Support tracking from Closed-Won through pilot, training, deployment, Active status, and account-management handoff.

- Support visibility into deployed and eligible rooftops, launch health, and expansion Opportunities within dealer groups.

- Support the Salesforce side of outbound or marketing automation integrations when needed, including sync and activity rules.

- Build and test changes in a sandbox.

- Support UAT and deployment of approved changes.

- Validate permissions and confirm production behavior.

- Document implemented solutions, including field definitions, automation inventory, reporting definitions, and administrator handoff documentation.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience .

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation .

- Experience working with Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Campaigns .

- Experience with Salesforce Flow automation .

- Experience with data imports, matching, deduplication, account hierarchies, and data-quality management.

- Experience configuring fields, routing rules, Lead and Opportunity processes, and stage tracking.

- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards .

- Experience testing Salesforce changes in a sandbox and supporting UAT and deployment.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce configuration.

- Ability to recommend solutions rather than simply implement predefined requests.

- Ability to identify how proposed Salesforce changes may impact other areas of the platform.

- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

- Upper-intermediate English level.
