The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve core business challenges and optimize internal workflows.

Your mission is to serve as our internal AI champion; continuously evaluating our operations and building the next generation of tools that drive efficiency, automation, and scale across the organization.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract business needs and functional, AI-powered systems. You won’t be bogged down writing traditional line-by-line code; instead, you will leverage modern vibe-coding platforms, low-code/no-code ecosystems, and autonomous AI agents (such as Base44, Cursor, Bolt, Replit Agent, etc.) to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy scalable solutions that directly impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process & Needs Analysis

• Deep dive into MarketFully’s operations to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual processes ripe for AI optimization.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into precise product specifications and technical execution plans.

• Evaluate how emerging AI technologies can be applied to drive efficiency, scale, and data-driven decision-making.

2. Product Design & End-to-End Execution

• Map out user journeys, application architecture, and interface requirements for new tools.

• Ensure all built solutions are intuitive, scalable, and directly tied to tracking key business performance metrics.

• Design software architectures with an AI-first mindset, leveraging prompt frameworks and agent workflows to handle complex logic.

3. AI Implementation & Tool Exploration

• Act as the "director" of development by instructing, guiding, and refining code generated by cutting-edge AI development environments.

• Actively scout, test, and benchmark various AI-assisted development sandboxes and tools to build the most efficient, secure tech stack for our needs.

• Own the rapid prototyping lifecycle: Identify Business Need > Design UX > Deploy via AI Agents > Iterate.

4. Continuous Optimization & Scaling

• Rigorously test AI-generated workflows to ensure stability, security, and data accuracy.

• Establish feedback loops to continuously improve deployed tools based on user performance and evolving business goals.

Skills Needed

• Autonomous App Building: A proven ability to generate and deploy functional internal tools. You aren't just managing vendors; you are hands-on with app-building environments like Base44, Replit Agent, Bolt.new , v0, or similar rapid-prototyping sandboxes.

• Technical Literacy: You must understand modern software components (APIs, databases, webhooks, frontends vs. backends) to direct AI agents effectively.

• The "Vibe Coder" Mindset: Exceptional fluency in natural language programming and agentic workflows. You know how to write precise context, rules, and prompts to get tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot/Codex to build robust, multi-file software solutions.

• Strategic Business Acumen: Proven experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management. You look at a business problem and naturally see how tech can automate or optimize it.

• Product Instincts: A solid grasp of product design, user experience (UX) fundamentals, and how to build internal tools that people actually enjoy using.

• Resourcefulness & Curiosity: A natural tinkerer who loves exploring emerging AI frameworks and platforms to see how they can be leveraged for business gain.
