Estamos en búsqueda de Recepcionista Presencial – Atención al Cliente
Buscamos una persona proactiva, empática y con vocación de servicio para sumarse a nuestro equipo como Recepcionista. Tendrás un rol clave siendo el primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes, brindando atención personalizada y soluciones efectivas.
Zona TOM - (Incluye fines de semana).
Responsabilidades
- Recibir y asistir a clientes de forma presencial.
- Brindar soluciones rápidas y cordiales ante consultas o reclamos.
- Derivar casos a los sectores correspondientes cuando sea necesario.
- Colaborar con tareas administrativas básicas del sector.
- Asegurar una experiencia positiva en cada visita.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente presencial, idealmente en mostrador o en áreas de reclamos.
- Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial, incluyendo fines de semana.
- Perfil empático, resolutivo y orientado a las personas.
- Registro de conducir (deseable)
