Summary

• Part-time position : 25-40 hours/week
• Flexible shifts : Between 9 am and 9 pm CET (Central European Time)
• Bonus pay : Shifts starting before 9 am GMT-3 or after 6 pm GMT-3 earn a 50% bonus
• Pay : Competitive rate, paid in USD

About This Role

• Contact visitors the day before their tour to confirm attendance and address any inquiries, cancellations, or rebooking needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Promptly handle inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
