Project Management Analyst

IQVIA seeks a Project Management Analyst to oversee low-complexity IT projects from initiation through completion in Buenos Aires. The role involves coordinating teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking budgets and timelines, and supporting cross-functional collaboration under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions
• Monitor project communications and maintain trackers, reports, and documentation systems
• Coordinate deployment schedules and resource priorities across teams
• Create and update project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, and Confluence documentation
• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with PMO on reporting and distribution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Five years of project coordination or project management experience
• Proficiency creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, forecasts, and documentation
• Knowledge of Confluence, project management systems, and Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
• Laboratory or clinical trials experience preferred
