Venture Lead

En deCampoaCampo estamos buscando un Venture Lead para sumarse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Validación con usuarios reales: entrevistas, pruebas de concepto en ambientes controlados e integración con APIs de terceros.
- Memos de decisión claros para Go/No-Go con CEO y CPO.
- Coordinación con Counsel legal en todo lo regulatorio.
- Coordinación con Data Analyst en sizing y métricas.
- Coordinación eventualmente con el equipo de producto core para el handoff.
Perfil Esperado:
- Nivel académico mínimo requerido: Universitario (Excluyente).
- Carreras universitarias: Ingenierías, Lic. en Negocios Digitales y similares.
- Escala de Seniority/Años de experiencia: Senior (5-8 años).
- Curiosidad genuina por agronegocios y fintech sin requerir experiencia previa en el sector, pero sí apetito de aprenderlo.
- Inglés fuerte; portugués es un plus para algunas apuestas.
- Tolerancia alta a la ambigüedad y cadencia rápida.
- No es un rol con cadencia de shipping de producto: es exploración con momentos de bajada concreta.
Desafíos del Rol:
- Sumarse a la Unidad de Nuevos Negocios de deCampoaCampo.
- Cada Venture Lead es dueño end-to-end de una o dos apuestas de nuevo negocio: desde el discovery inicial hasta el handoff exitoso al equipo de producto core.
- Es un rol de mini-founder dentro de la compañía.
- No tenés un equipo debajo: tenés tu apuesta, herramientas de AI para construir Pruebas de Concepto y acceso directo al CPO, al Counsel legal y al Data Analyst de la unidad.
Habilidades Principales:
- Uso fluido de AI para trabajar researchescrituraprototipado y análisis de datos.
- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas como Claudecon capacidad para armar pruebas de concepto con Claude CodeCursor o herramientas equivalentes.
- Buen escritor y buen comunicadorya que mucho del trabajo se mide por la calidad de los memos.
