Requisitos:Requisitos principales
Experiencia
-
1+ año de experiencia en roles de BDR / SDR, Inside Sales o Ventas Consultivas .
-
Experiencia en prospectar clientes, generar leads y calificar oportunidades .
-
Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales y de marketing en entornos B2B.
Habilidades comerciales
-
Capacidad para realizar contacto inicial con clientes potenciales vía email, llamadas o LinkedIn.
-
Experiencia en manejo de objeciones y generación de interés .
-
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de métricas de actividad y conversión.
Herramientas y procesos
-
Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho u otros) .

Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de prospección y automatización de outreach .

Buen manejo de Excel/Sheets y reportes de gestión comercial.
También valoramos experiencia con: Outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, secuencias de email, social selling, inglés para interacción con clientes internacionales, y participación en estrategias de growth comercial.
