Responsabilidades Principales
- Prospección y calificación: Identificar clientes potenciales y evaluar si su modelo de negocio encaja con nuestros servicios.
- Outreach multicanal: Contactar prospectos vía LinkedIn, email y llamadas en frío con guiones personalizados.
- Gestión de pipeline: Mantener actualizado el CRM y realizar seguimientos estratégicos.
- Consultoría inicial: Diagnosticar rápidamente la presencia digital del prospecto para detectar puntos de dolor (ej. falta de tráfico orgánico, web no optimizada).
- Agendamiento: Coordinar reuniones calificadas para el equipo de ventas, asegurando expectativas correctas.
✅ Requisitos
Experiencia: 2 – 3 años en ventas, (SDR/BDR), marketing.
Conocimientos técnicos:
SEO/SEM: keywords, posicionamiento orgánico, campañas de Google Ads, métricas (CTR, CPC).
Diseño Web: nociones de UX/UI y plataformas como WordPress o Shopify.
Habilidades blandas: Comunicación persuasiva, resiliencia al rechazo, escucha activa.
Herramientas: Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) y herramientas de prospección (Apollo, Sales Navigator).
