Sobre el rol

Buscamos un Sales Executive para escalar nuestro crecimiento comercial en la región.

Vas a ser responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades, llevar adelante el proceso comercial end-to-end y ayudar a empresas a transformar su proceso de hiring con AI.

Trabajarás en contacto directo con los founders y tendrás impacto real en revenue y estrategia.


Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, calificación, demo, negociación y cierre

  • Identificar y contactar decisores (HR, Talent, People) en empresas medianas y grandes

  • Realizar demos del producto y comunicar claramente la propuesta de valor

  • Construir y gestionar un pipeline de oportunidades

  • Colaborar con marketing y producto para mejorar el proceso comercial

  • Mantener actualizado el CRM y reportar métricas de ventas

Requisitos

  • +3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B (ideal SaaS)

  • Experiencia vendiendo a áreas de HR o roles similares (deseable)

  • Capacidad para llevar procesos comerciales de forma autónoma

  • Buen manejo de comunicación y habilidades de negociación

  • Perfil orientado a resultados

  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable)
