Systems Analyst (ServiceNow Professional)

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations Service Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys transforming business requirements into technical solutions, improving business processes, and delivering innovative service management solutions in a global environment.
What will be your impact?
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Enterprise Service Management platform.
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and processes.
- Analyze and resolve system and application issues, ensuring reliable and sustainable solutions.
- Drive process optimization and continual service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver application enhancements and new functionality.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing activities, and global technology projects.
What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration (mandatory).
- Strong experience in application design, analysis, deployment, and support.
- Implementation experience with ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, and SecOps.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS, ITIL Foundation certifications preferred.
