BACKEND AI ENGINEER SENIOR – Python / LangGraph / Azure
¿Sos Backend Engineer con experiencia desarrollando soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y querés participar en la construcción de una plataforma de IA desde cero?
Estamos buscando un/a Backend AI Engineer Senior para sumarse a un proyecto estratégico de alto impacto, donde vas a tener ownership real sobre el producto , trabajar con tecnologías de IA de última generación y participar en decisiones de arquitectura.
¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?
- Diseñar arquitecturas de AI Agents desde cero.
- Trabajar con arquitecturas ReAct, Deep Agents y Multi-Agent Systems .
- Liderar técnicamente el componente de Backend AI , trabajando junto al Senior Architect.
- Desarrollar soluciones end-to-end listas para producción.
- Crear APIs en Python para exponer capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial.
- Desarrollar Eval Agents, Skills y Sub-agents con enfoque LLM-native.
- Integrar LLMs y modelos propietarios .
- Trabajar con múltiples fuentes de datos.
- Optimizar performance, latencia y costos en Azure .
- Participar en code reviews, releases semanales y ceremonias ágiles.
- Ser referente técnico y mentor de perfiles AI Engineer SSR.
- Utilizar herramientas de AI Coding / Code Agents , como Claude Code, Codex u otras.
REQUISITOS
️ Experiencia comprobable desarrollando soluciones de IA en producción , preferentemente en entornos enterprise.
️ Dominio de Python para desarrollo Backend.
️ Experiencia sólida con LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen o frameworks equivalentes.
️ Experiencia con AI Agents / LLMs / Multi-Agent Architectures .
️ Conocimientos de Azure AI, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps y Azure Storage .
️ Experiencia con bases de datos y optimización de queries: PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, SQL Server y/o Delta Lake .
️ Experiencia con Git, CI/CD y Azure DevOps .
️ Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, autonomía y mentoring.

Vas a formar parte de la etapa inicial de construcción de una plataforma central de IA y Datos , teniendo la posibilidad de tomar decisiones técnicas, diseñar arquitecturas desde cero y generar impacto transversal en una organización enterprise.
