Key Responsibilities – HR & Admin Specialist

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions, and BPO regulations
• Liaise with social security offices, labor law authorities, and governmental entities
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases with high accuracy
• Support general HR and administrative functions as needed

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• +2 years of proven experience in personnel and payroll (minimum 70% of role focus)
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is a must
• Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• English proficiency: Full Professional
• Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)

Work Conditions
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina ( On-site )
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Argentina time zone)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
