Portal Solutions Owner, Proficient in English

Position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza.

As part of our Portal App Services team, you'll lead the successful delivery of portal implementation and enhancement projects for some of the world's leading organizations. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, you'll guide projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, and delivery, ensuring solutions align with both business needs and platform capabilities.

This role combines project ownership, stakeholder management, and solution design. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, developers, QA specialists, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality portal experiences while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Own the successful delivery of portal implementation and enhancement projects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead discussions that uncover business needs and translate them into effective portal solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Drive decision-making and proactively identify solutions when challenges arise.
• Ensure portal solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with platform capabilities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and project outcomes.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Lead client-facing working sessions, discovery meetings, solution reviews, and project follow-ups.
• Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements to define the best implementation approach.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and successful project delivery.
• Present portal demos and guide clients through key project milestones.
• Evaluate requests for new portals and portal enhancements, recommending the most effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications across multiple initiatives.
• Support testing and validation efforts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams.

About you:

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make decisions, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Basic understanding of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
