ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to join the team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reaching out via email and other channels, introducing them to our opportunities, and guiding them into our talent pipeline. This is a great entry point into IT recruitment and Lead Generation, with lots of room to learn and grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.

- Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.

- Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.

- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

MUST HAVES

- 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation .

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+) .

- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation.

- Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVES

- Knowledge of IT roles and terminology.

- Experience with Google Sheets, CRMs.
